Authentic / Unissued M65 Parkas

Please note that all of our M65 parkas are authentic and unissued. They have been stored in there military boxes for many years. New stock can no longer be found so these are becoming very rare now.

Sizing Guide | Please see the sizing tab for specific measurements. The parka coats are two sizes different to normal High Street sizing i.e. A small M65 parka is a large in reality. A medium M65 is an XL. Specific measurements are shown in the sizing tab.

You have 3 options to choose from:

Option 1. Standard white faux fur issued by the U.S. Military.
Option 2. We replace the standard white faux fur with our own nicer faux fur.
Option 3. We replace the standard white faux fur with real fur.

PARKA BADGES

We send the parka badges loose in the pocket and not stitched into place. This is because a customer may need an exchange, or a refund. The parka badges are optional and not compulsory. Please bypass the option when checking out if you desire a plain fishtail parka coat.

Jam Large Parka Badge is 25cm in diameter and perfect for the back of fishtail parkas.
U.S. Army Name Tape measures 12cm in width x 2.8cm height and is positioned on the left chest area.
All other badges shown are small and measure approximately 8.5cm’s in diameter.

When looking for a genuine US Army fishtail parka without the M-51 price tag, the M-65 parka with prices starting at only £230 is the one for you. All our M-65 parka’s are in new condition, original and come with ALL 3 parts, Parka Shell, Liner and Hood.

100% genuine US MIL issue extreme cold weather fishtail parka. The M-65 parka comes complete with removable fur ruff hood and winter lining.

The M-1965 is an excellent Fishtail Parka, its both warmer and lighter than the M-1951 and will last you for years. The only criticised aspect of the M-65 parka from a “mod” point of view, was the white synthetic fur on the hood. For looks, its simply not the best….and over time, mattes up terrible.

The very first models of M-65 had wolf fur hoods like the M-51 however, due to cost these were dropped almost immediately in favour of the cheaper white synthetic fur.

Therefore, as mod is indeed all about the originality and the right look, we also offer the M-65 with custom re-trimmed real fur hoods to give the M-65 back its vintage look. The M-65 with real fur hood is indeed the very best thing next to an original M-1951.

Please note that M65 hoods are known for being big. They were designed to be worn over an helmet and therefore, you could literally fit two heads inside the hood. Some folks like the large hoods, whereas some prefer a hood that is more wearable. If you are of the latter, then an M51 parka is probably more suited for you.

REAL FUR PARKA HOODS

We use pristine brand new raccoon fur to trim our parka hoods which is of the highest quality. The hoods look incredible and really transform the parka.

M65 / M1965 Fishtail Parka Sizing Guide

If you read the size chart below you will be able to easily choose the right size for you.

How ??….easy, I recommend a tape measure and taking your measurements first, i.e. chest, measure around under your arms, arm length from shoulder to wrist cuff, and for length, simply check length of parka then run the measure from ur neck line down….

Then, check your measurements against the size chart and you can find your best fit…
For chest size, you want 6-8 inches spare..so if your chest measures exactly 42 / 42inches, you want a 50 inch chested parka.

The majority of orders are dispatched within 2 – 3 days. Please allow up to 7 working days for customised orders.

Delivery Times UK, EU, and Worldwide

OK few notes on delivery times etc, as stated clearly we aim to dispatch the majority of all orders within 2 to 3 days of receipt of payment. Specific customisation work may mean that the order can take up to 7 days prior to dispatch. Please contact us if you should need to discuss.

UK Mainland | Our couriers are either Royal Mail or DPD who provide a Next Day delivery service for all UK Mainland orders. You will receive a dispatch text message, or email with a one hour delivery window notification.

UK Off Shore & Scottish Highlands | We use Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery for all Off Shore orders under 2kg. Above 2kg have to be sent via DPD.

EU Orders | are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive with you within 3 to 5 days once the order is dispatched.

WW Orders Under 2kg | orders under 2kg in weight are sent via Royal Mail as long as the destination offers a fully tracked service. If not, we send via a courier service and sometimes it necessary to contact the customer for any difference in price owed. Delivery times for Royal Mail are normally 5 to 7 days. Courier service delivery times are normally 2 to 3 days.

WW Orders 2kg & Above | All orders over 2kg are sent via UPS, or TNT and only take 2 to 5 days for USA, Austrailia etc. The service is fully tracked.

All goods must be returned in the same new condition has they were dispatched. No refunds will be issued for goods returned that are deemed to be in a poor condition. If we are unable to sell the returned item(s) then we will not issue a refund. Any tags should be left intact and the goods should not be worn out. We have had several parka coats returned recently absolutely stinking of smoke. This is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Goods smelling of smoke are no longer in new condition and cannot be sold. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS RETURNED SMELLING OF SMOKE.
